Returns

General Information

You can return any item purchased on bad behavior within 14 days of the delivery date. Please make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered. All tags must still be attached, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

Step 1

In order to return a single item or the whole order please write us an email to shop@bad-behavior.net. After we received your email we will send you the return label as well as documents (e.g. Pro-Forma Invoice) needed. The email has to contain the following information:

name and surname
address
order number
product you want to return (SKU)
reason why you want to return the product

Step 2

Insert the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging. Close the package securely and attach the label for the return shipment to the package. For returns from countries outside the European Union please also attach the export documents we will provide via email.

Step 3

Insert 3 copies of the Return Pro-Forma Invoice in a see-through envelope and attach it to the package, without closing it.

Contact our delivery service (DHL, UPS, etc.) to arrange the pick-up of your package to be returned.

Step 4

Once your return reaches us, please allow 5 to 8 business days for your return to be processed. All approved returns will be credited as soon as possible.
